Strategic Collaboration! FHISIP UT Links Up with PLPN and PHRI to Improve Human Resources

Tangerang Selatan, August 15, 2025 – The Faculty of Law, Social, and Political Sciences (FHISIP) has established a strategic partnership with the National Association of Human Resources Institutions (PLPN) and the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) of Banten through an official joint agreement signing ceremony held in a warm and cordial atmosphere. This collaboration marks a concrete step in strengthening the synergy between higher education institutions and industry, with the primary goal of improving the quality of human resources that are excellent, competitive, and relevant to the demands of the times. 

The partnership covers the fields of education, research, community service, as well as human resource development and empowerment. In its implementation, PHRI Banten will serve as a key partner in various strategic programs, including organizational strengthening, development of inter-institutional and legal relations, public policy formulation, tourism destination development, human resource competency improvement and certification, business innovation, and research and development based on information technology, as well as Muslim-friendly tourism initiatives.
