The beginning of 2025 marks an important momentum for Universitas Terbuka (UT) for outstanding achievement in academics. Six professors were inaugurated, signifying the advancement of UT as a leading university in Indonesia. This achievement marks UT’s role in facing the global challenge and the technology disruption era.
As a pioneer in distance education, UT keeps committed in producing quality academics and giving concrete contributions to society and education. Rector of UT, Dr. Mohamad Yunus, S.S., M.A., delivered his congratulations and appreciation for the inaugurated professors after the release of the decree. “This success is not merely a proof of academic quality of the professors, but also a showcase that tech-based education does not hinder outstanding achievements.” said Dr. Yunus.
