Universitas Terbuka (UT) held an inauguration ceremony for its new officials as part of an effort to enhance organizational performance. The ceremony, led by UT Rector Prof. Ojat Darojat, M.Bus., Ph.D., took place at the Quality Building, 3rd Floor, Universitas Terbuka, on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, in a hybrid format. UT officials and religious leaders attended the event in a limited capacity. 

Based on the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Decrees No. 2236 to 2238 of 2024, dated May 6, 2024, the following officials were honorably discharged: 

– Hendrikus Ivoni Bambang Prasetyo, S.Sos., M.Si., as Vice Dean of Academic Affairs at FHISIP 

– Drs. Jasrial, M.Si., as Head of the D-III Taxation Study Program at FHISIP 

– Dr. Elizabeth Novi Kusumaningrum, S.Si., M.Si., as Head of the Biology Study Program at FST 

According to UT Rector’s Decrees No. 2436, 2440 to 2443, 2446, and 2450 of 2024, dated May 20, 2024, the following officials were honorably discharged: 

– Dr. Meita Istianda, S.IP., M.Si., as Director of UT Palembang 

– Drs. Muhammad Tair A., M.M., as Director of UT Jambi 

– Rahmaddian, S.E., M.M., as Director of UT Tarakan 

– Dr. Mestika Sekarwinahyu, M.Pd., as Head of MKU Study Program at FKIP 

– Dr. Whika Febria Dewatisari, as Manager of Learning and Exams at UT Bandar Lampung 

– Musiran, M.Pd., as Manager of Learning and Exams at UT Yogyakarta

UT Rector Prof. Ojat Darojat, M.Bus., Ph.D., expressed his highest appreciation and gratitude to all officials who have served and committed to their duties, as well as to those who will take on new responsibilities in their respective units. In his speech, Prof. Ojat emphasized that UT must adapt to the dynamics and changes in society. Moving forward, UT will face significant challenges, and societal issues and dynamics will become more complex. Therefore, synergy and collaboration from all parties are essential for UT to grow and optimally contribute to enhancing human resources in the country.
