After the Eid al-Adha prayer and sermon, a warm atmosphere of togetherness was felt as the extended UT family socialized before the series of sacrificial animal slaughtering was carried out on Saturday, June 7, 2025. The cutting and distribution of sacrificial animals will be conducted on an empty plot of land opposite UT Central. This year, a total of 31 sacrificial animals, consisting of 15 cows and 16 goats, will be slaughtered by the committee.
“Alhamdulillah, thank you to the entire UT family who have made sacrifices. May Allah SWT bestow abundant blessings upon your sustenance and open the doors of blessings for all of us,” said Prof. Ali, representing the qurban committee.
A total of 1,500 qurban meat coupons will be distributed to surrounding residents, as a form of UT’s social care. The distribution of qurban meat not only strengthens faith but also reinforces the bond between UT Central and the surrounding community.
