Four study programs from the Faculty of Law, Social Sciences, and Political Science at Universitas Terbuka (FHISIP-UT) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with two study programs from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences (FIA) at Universitas Krisnadwipayana (UNKRIS) on September 24, 2024. 

Representatives from UNKRIS who attended the signing ceremony included Prof. Dr. Drs. Budi Supriyatno, MM, M.S (Chair of the Senate and Professor of FIA), Dr. Ade Reza Hariyadi, S.IP., M.Si (Dean of FIA), Catarina Cori, S.AB., M.Si (Vice Dean 3 of FIA), Anisa Pramitasari, S.Sos, M.Si (Head of the Public Administration Program), Kiky Setyawati, S.Sos, M.Si (Head of FIA Quality Assurance), and Pretty Failasufa A, SIA, MA (Secretary of FIA Research and Community Service). 

The study programs involved in this collaboration are Public Administration, Business Administration, Tax Administration (Bachelor), and Tax Administration (Vocational) from FHISIP-UT. Meanwhile, the two programs from UNKRIS are Public Administration and Business Administration. The agreement includes collaboration in education, research, community service, and the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (Independent Learning Independent Campus) program. 

In his speech, the Dean of FHISIP-UT expressed hope that the strengths of FHISIP can be shared through partnerships in online tutorials, collaborative research, and other areas related to the three pillars of higher education. The Dean of FIA UNKRIS also highlighted the importance of learning about distance education from UT to help implement the three pillars of higher education at FIA UNKRIS. This collaboration is expected to create broader opportunities for joint efforts in education, research, and community service, fostering a strong synergy through productive, innovative partnerships that contributes to mutual progress.
