“Kegiatan Membina Desa” or Village Development Program is one of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program. As its name, this activity aims to foster and develop the Village. There are 5 programs for students’ assignments, namely: Zero News Stunting, the Literacy of Extremly Underprivileged Community, One Product One Village, One Product One Innovation, and Social Welfare Center. Universitas Terbuka takes part in this activity as well. This aligns with UT’s mission of community service realization for empowering the community through Science and Technology.
