BOGOR, May 23, 2025 – Universitas Terbuka (UT) Bogor was filled with a spirit of togetherness and camaraderie this morning during the Consolidation and Inauguration of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) UT Bogor Board. The event, which started at 08:30 AM WIB, marked an important moment in strengthening DWP’s role as a strategic partner in supporting the progress of Universitas Terbuka.
Strengthening the Role of Women in UT’s Advancement
This event served as a strategic moment to unite visions and empower women’s roles in supporting the advancement of UT as an open and distance higher education institution in Indonesia.
The Director of UT Bogor, Drs. Enang Rusyana, M.Pd., gave a speech emphasizing the important role of DWP as a harmonious partner to the institution in creating a balanced, productive, and family-spirited work environment.
The event was honored by the presence of DWP UT Central board members, including Ms. Een Sueni, M.Si. (General Treasurer of DWP UT), Ms. Sinta Nurhidayanti (First Vice Chair), Ms. Dumaria Simanulang, S.Kep. (Second Vice Chair), Ms. Endah Susiani, S.E. (Third Vice Chair), and Ms. Rini Fitriani, S.I.Kom. (Fourth Vice Chair and Secretary of DWP UT).
DWP’s Commitment and Contributions
Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) is an organization that oversees the wives of State Civil Apparatus (ASN), committed to supporting their husbands’ performance as public servants and contributing to national development, including within higher education institutions like Universitas Terbuka. This consolidation and inauguration event aimed to strengthen bonds among members, align work programs, and enhance the capacity and professionalism of the new DWP UT Bogor board.

Furthermore, in her remarks representing DWP UT Central, Ms. Een Sueni, M.Si., highlighted the importance of synergy between central and regional boards in implementing impactful DWP programs. The highlight of the event was the solemn and moving inauguration of the new DWP UT Bogor board. The new board members are: Ms. Elis Kusmiati (Chair); Ms. Lena Puspita (Vice Chair); Ms. Citra Widi (Secretary); Ms. Sutiyem (Treasurer); Ms. Lisna Anggraeni (Business Section); and Ms. Tina Rosmiati (Religious Affairs Section).
After the inauguration, the event continued with an organizational consolidation session, discussion of work programs, and an inspiring sharing session among members.
