SKD of Non-PNS Recruitment 2025, UT is Ready to Be Part of Digital Education

Tangerang Selatan, June 23, 2025 — Today, Universitas Terbuka (UT) officially commenced the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) phase for the recruitment of Non-PNS UT Employees (PUT Non-PNS) for the year 2025. A total of 827 participants took the simultaneous examination today, marking the initial momentum towards the subsequent selection process. The SKD will take place from June 23 to July 4, 2025. 

This year, UT is opening 202 job positions, consisting of 95 lecturer positions and 107 education staff (executive) positions. These positions will be placed in various UT work units, both at the central office and in regional UT branches throughout Indonesia. 

Simultaneous Examination, Strict Supervision 

The first day of SKD, May 23, 2025, was held simultaneously at eight locations, including UT Central, UT Pekanbaru, UT Jambi, UT Surabaya, UT Surakarta, UT Banda Aceh, and UT Serang. A total of 305 supervisors were deployed to ensure the selection process ran orderly, safely, and with integrity. 

Online platforms and supervision systems via Zoom also demonstrated how the selection process was transparent and professional. The enthusiasm of the participants was evident from their readiness to follow the selection stages as a manifestation of their seriousness in joining Indonesia’s largest distance-based state higher education institution.

  • Administrative Selection Results: June 12, 2025 
  • Basic Competency Selection (SKD): June 17 – July 1, 2025 
  • SKD Results: July 8, 2025 
  • Field Competency Test (TKB): July 14 – 28, 2025 
  • Interview & Practice: July 21 – August 1, 2025 
  • SKB Results: August 11, 2025 
  • Psychological Test: August 13 – 14, 2025 
  • Final Passing Announcement: August 21, 2025 
  • Document Submission: August 25 – 29, 2025 
  • Appointment & Active Work: September 1, 2025
