Universitas Terbuka (UT) has once again recorded a proud achievement in the field of state financial management. In the 2024 fiscal year, UT, as a Legal Entity State University (PTNBH), successfully received two prestigious awards from the Tangerang State Treasury Service Office (KPPN), Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury for Banten Province, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. 

The two award certificates successfully obtained by Universitas Terbuka are: 

* Work Unit with Very Good Predicate for Achievement of Budget Implementation Performance Indicator (IKPA) for Fiscal Year 2024 

* Work Unit with Submission of Payment Request Letters (SPM) up to 500 SPMs, First Best Predicate 

These awards demonstrate Universitas Terbuka’s commitment to managing state finances professionally, accountably, transparently, and adhering to the 5E principles: effectiveness, efficiency, economy, equity, and equality. 

The Vice-Rector of Universitas Terbuka for Finance, Resources, and General Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ali Muktiyanto, S.E., M.Si., expressed his high appreciation for the hard work of all work units within UT. 

“This achievement motivates all of us to continue improving the quality of financial governance, while also supporting the provision of excellent and trusted open and distance higher education,” said Prof. Ali Muktiyanto. 

With this achievement, UT further strengthens its position as a leading state higher education institution in accountability and public service.
