Registration and Fee

How To Register

Registration is possible either online or at the venue. Online registration will be open until 22 September 2011. Participants registering after online registration closes should contact the Conference Secretariat at icde@ut.ac.id for further details. On site registration will be open on 1-3 October 2011, depending upon availability.

Participants are encouraged to use the online registration to ensure their place at the conference. Participants who successfully completed registration will receive a letter of invitation for visa application within 2(two) working days. Participants are highly advised to make early reservations for their hotel. List of hotels and room rates are available under the Accommodation menu. The special conference hotel rates may be obtained by completing a separate form.

The above registration fee entitles participants to the following:

  • Conference Bag and kit,
  • Opening and Closing Ceremonies,
  • Plenary/Parallel/Poster Sessions,
  • Exhibitions,
  • Lunch and Coffee Breaks,
  • Social Events,
  • Free Day Tour, and
  • Welcome and Farewell Dinner

Delegates participating in both the 25th AAOU Annual Conference and the 24th ICDE World Conference will be entitled to a 15% discount on the Registration fee. Receipt of payment for the AAOU Conference must be presented to receive a refund for the amount of the discounted price at the registration desk.

* To register as ICDE Member, you need to provide ICDE Membership ID Number. This information is available by contacting the office in charge of the international affairs at your institution. Click here for ICDE Member list. All staff of ICDE member institutions and ICDE individual members are eligible for this discount. Associate Members may only receive a discount for the staff of their Secretariat and members of their Executives.

** proof of student status is required in the form of a letter from the participant’s institution and be sent to the conference secretariat at icde@ut.ac.id prior to registering. Approval for this special rate and a voucher number will be sent through email. This voucher number is required for registering.

*** accompanying person category applies only to spouse and family members of the participant. The above rate entitles the accompanying person to join lunch, welcome and farewell dinner, free day tour, as well as access to social events. Assistant and interpreters should register as regular participants using separate registration form.
